Lorsque je reçois des invités, je me fais toujours une petite assiette à part pour les bouchées car en général, elles sont très salées. Cette fois-ci, j'avais fait des tomates cerises farcies au fromage cottage et à la ciboulette.
PRÉPARATION : Couper les tomates cerises en leur gardant un petit capuchon. Les évider. Les remplir d'une préparation de fromage cottage et ciboulette, remettre le capuchon et les servir dans des cuillères apéritives. C'est aussi simple que cela. On peut aussi prendre la recette de tomates farcies qui est sur cette rubrique.
