INGRÉDIENTS :
2 tasses de haricots verts
1 gousse d'ail émincée
1 c. à soupe de vinaigre balsamique ou de vin rouge
1 c. à soupe d'huile de sésame
PRÉPARATION :
Laver les haricots et les faire cuire dans de l'eau bouillante jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient tendres.
Les égoutter et les passer immédiatement sous l'eau froide pour les refroidir. Ajouter l'ail, le vinaigre et l'huile et brasser.
