1 litre (4 tasses d'eau) de gruau d'avoine
1 ml (1/4 c. à thé de cannelle)
1 ml (1/4 c. à thé de macis
60 ml (1/4 de tasse) de dattes
PRÉPARATION :
- Mettre tous les ingrédients dans une casserole et cuire en remuant de temps en temps.
- Couvrir et laisser reposer quelques instants avant de servir.
- Ajouter un peu de lait chaut à 1%. au goût.
- À la place des dattes vous pouvez utiliser des pommes fraîches pour un goût différent.
