I carotte, râpée
Vinaigrette :
1/3 tasse de vinaigre blanc (ou moitié vinaigre blanc et moitié cidre
de pomme ou vinaigre de framboises)
1/3 tasse de sucre blanc
1/3 tasse d’huile de canola (ou moins)
1 c. à thé de graines de céleri
PRÉPARATION :
Dans une petite casserole, amener les ingrédients de la vinaigrette à ébullition à feu vif en brassant constamment. Retirer du feu et verser sur les légumes préparés. Brasser, couvrir et réfrigérer. La salade sera encore plus savoureuse si elle préparée au début de la journée ou la veille au soir et elle se conserve bien.
