INGRÉDIENTS :
- 5 ml (1/2 c. à thé) de moutarde de Dijon
- 30 ml (2 c. à table) d'huile d'olive
- 15 ml (1 c. à table) de vinaigre de vin
- Poivre au goût
Mélanger tous les ingrédients et servir.
NOTE :
15 ml (1 c. à table) de vinaigrette maison = 20 mg de sodium
15 ml (1 c. à table) de vinaigrette du commerce = + de 200 mg de sodium
