50 cl d'Eau
1/2 jus de citron
1 kg de pomme
500 g de Sucre en Poudre
PRÉPARATION
Pelez les pommes, coupez-les en quartiers et épépinez-les.
Dans une casserole, faites chauffer le sucre, l'eau et le jus de citron. Ajoutez les pommes. Faites cuire le tout 15 minutes.
Passez le mélange au mixer.
Faites prendre au congélateur.
Note : Ne pas abuser sur les sorbets : c'est du liquide.
